- We only sell pearls and gems of quality devoid of any treatment intended to modify their colouration.
- We provide an attestation of authenticity which guarantees our clients the quality of the pearls and gems bought.
- The jewels are creations in series or individual pieces designed by craftsmen chosen for their outstanding artistic expertise.
- The metals used, whether gold or silver, respect French standards in force.
- All our jewels are controlled during fabrication and before delivery.
Delivery
- Right from order confirmation and payment, we prepare delivery within ten working days maximum, within metropolitan France by Colissimo Registered Post.
- Jewellery is delivered in a jewel box, accompanied with proof of authenticity, and the invoice.
Guarantee
- If not satisfied by a jewellery item, you will be reimbursed within 7 working days from date of reception.
- If despite our care, a jewellery item is damaged at delivery, it will be replaced within 7 working days from date of reception.
